Roundup is a food and wine tasting event with over 50 booths. Live culinary competition where we crown Top Chef Amarillo. New Student culinary shake and burger throw down. Insufficient Funds band and large dance floor. All proceeds go to local culinary classes, local charities and Amarillo Area Foundation Scholarships.
